View the effectiveness of each BMP as measured by percent of total reduction. Select geography, nutrient (nitrogen or phosphorus), and method used to compute the percent of reduction.

**BMP Cost-Effectiveness**

View the cost-effectiveness of each BMP on nitrogen and phosphorus as measured by cost/year to reduce a pound of each nutrient. Choose geography of interest.

**Most Implemented BMPs**

Display the implemented BMPs by BMP group for a geography of interest. Within each BMP unit, the BMP groups are sorted by the most units credited.

**Overall Costs**

Costs of all BMPs for 2019 and WIP3 are presented both graphically and as a table.

**Percentages Based on Total Implementation**

Total implementation percentages are the reduction in a nutrient for a specific BMP divided by the total reduction across all BMPs.

For each BMP, the formula for the unweighted percentage is:

P_{T} = 100 x (reduction in nitrogen for that BMP) / (reduction in nitrogen for all BMPs).

**Percentages Based on 2019-WIP3 Implementation**

2019-WIP3 implementation percentages are based on the total implementation percentages and adjusted by two factors. These factors are computed for each sector (agriculture, developed, etc.).

Factor 1: F_{1} = (difference in load from 2019 to WIP3 for a specific sector) / (difference in loads from 2019 to WIP3 across all sectors)

Factor 2: F_{2} = total of unweighted percentages for a specific sector

For each BMP, the formula for the 2019-WIP3 implementation percentage is:

P_{W} = (F_{1} / F_{2}) * P_{T}.
